Refund policy

Because CaminoWare items are small-batch, and made-to order, we do not accept return or offer refunds for reasons other than damaged items or t-shirt sizing.  

Damaged Items

Please contact upon initial inspection to advise of any concerns and forward a photo of the damage.

We will arrange either to refund or replace the item.  

No refund/replacements will be considered beyond 14 days after shipping date.

T-shirt Sizing

As T-shirts are custom made, there may be no opportunity to resell, however we want people to receive a shirt that fits. 

Please double check sizing!!  Women's sizes fit small. 

If you require a size exchange, replacements will be given, if the item is returned, at buyer's expense, in unworn, undamaged, and re-sellable condition.  If the item is not deemed to be re-sellable, we will offer to return it to you.
